How can I pay for my ticket?

You will have two options when you checkout. The most simple and convenient way to pay is using PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website to pay. There you can either log in using an existing PayPal account or simply enter your credit/debit card details.

You can also pay via bank transfer. To do this you will have to make a payment for the full amount specified into the Flexible Healing bank account. Details are provided once you checkout. Payments must be received within 7 working days to guarantee your place or your ticket may be sold to someone else. Once your payment has cleared, we will update your order status to complete within 14 days.

Why does my order status say on hold?

We have to check the payments and update the system manually every 7-14 days so it may take this long for your order to change to complete. If your order still says on hold after 14 days, please contact us.

Will I receive an invoice?

Once your payment has been received and approved, we will update your order status and an invoice will be emailed to you automatically.
